Exporting your data and deleting your account

Export

Under Account & security → Export your data, click Download export. You get one JSON file with your profile, connected accounts, calendars, meeting types, bookings (those you hosted and those you made), feeds, webhooks, paired phones, household and business memberships and your mirrored busy times. The apps and your own scripts can fetch the same file from GET /v1/me/export.

Delete

At the bottom of Account & security, under Delete your account, enter your password (or sign in with Google in the last 10 minutes), your two-factor code if it is on, and type DELETE. In the apps it is under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

• Upcoming bookings are cancelled first, and each booker is emailed. If you would rather send your own note, cancel them from Bookings beforehand.
• Removed: your account, connected accounts and their tokens, every mirrored event, booking pages, meeting types, bookings, client records and insights, paired phones, calendar feeds and webhooks. Feeds and webhooks stop working at once.
• Shared things you own: a household you own is deleted (members keep their own accounts; make someone else the owner first if they should keep it), and so is a business you own (email support first to have it transferred). Your subscription is cancelled with no further charges; unused time isn't refunded.
• What remains: invoices and payment records that tax and accounting law require us to keep, and copies in encrypted backups, which expire within 30 days. Events LineMerge already wrote to your own Google or Microsoft calendar stay there, and bookers keep the emails they received.
