Privacy

Who can see my event titles?

You, and only you, unless you choose otherwise per calendar. Your events sync to your account so your merged calendar is complete everywhere — but to your household, your booking page and everyone else, a private calendar is anonymous busy time.

What does my brokerage see?

Whatever you publish on your booking page, and nothing more. Connecting a brokerage account does not give the brokerage visibility into your other calendars.

Booking

What stops two people booking the same slot?

A database exclusion constraint. Any overlapping confirmed booking is rejected outright, so the second request gets a clean refusal rather than silently double-booking you.

Can I ask questions on the booking form?

Yes — up to three per meeting type, each optionally required. Answers land in your inbox, your confirmation email and the calendar event. A screening question on the page itself can also route people to the right meeting type before they pick a time.

Do bookers get text messages?

If they give a phone number (required for phone-call and in-person meeting types), they get a text confirmation, reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before, and a text if you move or cancel. You never send texts yourself.

Can I run a class or an open house with several people in one slot?

Set "spots per slot" on the meeting type. People book the same time until it's full; every other meeting type still can't overlap it. A meeting type can also allow weekly repeats.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open your link, see real openings in their own timezone, and book. Reschedule and cancel links in their confirmation email work without signing in.

Account

I'm on Calendly — can I bring my event types over?

Yes. Meeting types → Import from Calendly takes a personal access token and recreates each event type here: name, link, duration, description, location kind and text questions. The token isn't stored.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes — from the web dashboard or from inside the mobile apps. Deletion removes your account, OAuth tokens, mirrored calendar data, booking pages and bookings.

Calendars

Which calendars can I connect?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook connect directly. Apple/iCloud, Exchange and device-local calendars are bridged from the iOS and Android apps.

Why is iCloud handled by the app instead of the server?

iCloud has no proper server API for this. Rather than ship a fragile CalDAV integration that needs app-specific passwords, the phone — which already has the calendar — reports busy times.

Billing

How many businesses can one Team plan run?

Up to ten, each with its own booking page, meeting types and members. The flat price covers three people across all of them, you included; each further person is an $8 seat. The cap exists so the plan stays priced for one team or brokerage rather than becoming a way to resell booking pages — if you genuinely run more than ten, email us and we'll sort it out.

What happens when I hit a Free plan limit?

The action is refused with a clear message rather than silently degrading. Nothing you have already connected stops working.

What does the Family plan cover?

Up to five people on one bill, each with their own account, calendars and privacy settings. It adds a shared household calendar and one booking link that offers a time when anyone in the household is free. The shared calendar itself is free — the plan is for the shared booking page and Pro features for everyone in it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Choosing

What is LineMerge, in one sentence?

LineMerge is a scheduling tool that merges every calendar you run — Google, Microsoft 365, and phone calendars like iCloud or Exchange through the mobile apps — into one true availability, then gives you a privacy-aware booking link that can never double-book you.

Is LineMerge an alternative to Calendly?

For the booking page, yes: meeting types, questions, approvals, reminders, group slots, webhooks and a Calendly importer. The difference is underneath — LineMerge reads from every calendar you own, including private ones that only contribute busy time, so you don't also need a calendar-sync tool.

Who is LineMerge for?

Anyone whose availability lives in more than one place: real-estate agents with a brokerage and a personal phone, people running two businesses, trades and home services, consultants and coaches, and families sharing one household calendar. If you have one calendar, a plain booking tool is enough.

How much does LineMerge cost?

Free for two connected accounts, one meeting type and ten bookings a month. Pro is $12 a month (or $120 a year) with no caps. Family is $15 a month for up to five people. Team is $20 a month for three people including you, and $8 per extra member. Every paid plan starts with a free trial.
