Features Booking page
A booking link that respects all of it
Calendly-style, but reading from the merged view.
Share one link. Your client picks from times that are genuinely free across every line you run, in their own timezone, and the booking lands on the calendar you chose for that meeting type. Hours per meeting type, days off, split days and booking windows are all yours to set.
Visitor's timezone
Bookers see real openings in their own zone, resolved server-side.
Approval flow
Require approval per meeting type. Approve or decline straight from the email — no login.
Double-booking is impossible
A Postgres exclusion constraint rejects any overlapping confirmed booking. The second request gets a clean refusal, even under a race.
Self-serve reschedule and cancel
Every confirmation carries signed links: bookers move or drop a meeting themselves, with no account and no email to you. Set a cancellation window per meeting type if you need one.
Questions, phone and address
Ask up to three questions on the form. Phone-call and in-person types collect a number; the meeting address rides into the invite and the calendar event.
Screening question
Ask one thing first — "buying or selling?" — and send each answer to the right meeting type.
Group sessions and weekly repeats
A meeting type can take several people per slot (classes, open houses) or let a booker repeat weekly for up to eight weeks.
On your own site
A button or an inline embed; the page hides its chrome inside your website.
Every booking page is backed by the same availability engine as the rest of the product, so there is no drift between what the page offers and what you are actually free for.
