Businesses and the Team plan

Each business gets its own booking page and members; Team covers three people for $20 a month, plus $8 per extra member.

Updated

A business is a booking page with its own name, link (/b/your-business), logo, intro, language and meeting types, all reading the real availability of the people in it. Create one under Businesses.

What each plan includes

  • Free: no businesses, just your personal page.
  • Pro and Family: one business, run by you alone.
  • Team ($20 a month): up to 10 businesses, each with members. If you genuinely need more, email us. The price covers 3 people across all your businesses, you included; each further person is an extra seat at $8 a month, and someone in two of your businesses counts once. Seats change on the next invoice, prorated, whenever someone joins or leaves, and Billing shows the count. Like every paid plan, Team starts with a 30-day free trial.

Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing: your oldest businesses, as many as the new plan covers, keep taking bookings, and existing members stay, but new invitations need Team.

Members

On a business's page, invite people by email. The link works for 7 days and only for someone signed in with that address; a business holds up to 50 members. Bookings go to whichever member is free: the booker can pick a person, or leave it on Anyone who's free, which gives the booking to the member with the fewest bookings that day. Each member manages the bookings that land with them, and as the owner you see the rest under Bookings → On your team's calendars.

A business meeting type can require approval, so requests wait for the member they land with to accept. The business's booker email confirmation setting applies to every booking on its page.

Deleting a business cancels every upcoming booking made through its meeting types and emails each booker. To hand it to another member instead, email support.
