What LineMerge stores, and what it never does

LineMerge stores each event's start and end time, whether it is busy, and its title, notes and location — so your own merged calendar shows your whole week, on the web and in the apps. Guest lists are not stored.

Who else sees those details is set per calendar, and the default is nobody. A private calendar's details are visible to you alone; your household, your team and the people who book you see an anonymous busy block. Household lets your household see titles; public lets them appear where you publish them. Bookers never see events at all — a booking page shows free slots only.

LineMerge writes to a calendar only what you ask it to: confirmed bookings, and the placeholder blocks of a calendar link you set up. It keeps a record of every event it wrote so it can update or remove them and never counts them as busy twice.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can export everything or delete your account from Account & security; deletion is immediate and cascades to bookings, calendars and tokens.
