Approving, moving, declining and cancelling

What each action does and who gets told.

  • Approve confirms a request: both of you get an email with an invite; the event is written to the calendar you chose.
  • Move lets you pick a new time from your own availability; the booker gets the new time and an updated invite (and a text if they gave a number).
  • Decline or Cancel can carry a short note to the booker. A cancellation removes the event from both calendars.
  • Bookers can move or cancel themselves from the links in their confirmation email, no account needed. Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before.
